In-person intervention for specific phobias when therapy hasn’t worked
If you’ve already tried therapy and your body still reacts the same way,
Private, in-person and intensive intervention to unlock specific phobias.
Phobias does not disappear by talking about it for years.
I work with functional, capable, intelligent people who have been blocked for too long by a very specific fear that should already be resolved — but isn’t.
Private, in-person, closed intervention.
I work in person across Europe, travelling to the place where the fear appears.
Working languages:
Spanish and English.
Other languages are possible with a professional interpreter when needed.
No long processes. No endless sessions.

What a phobia really is (and why talking doesn’t make it disappear)
A phobia is not an irrational thought.
It is an automatic physical response that activates without permission.
That’s why you can:
- fully understand your fear
- know it makes no sense
- have worked on it for years
and still feel your body go into panic when the trigger appears.
Talking about fear can help you understand it, but it doesn’t always change the physical reaction that sustains it.
When that happens, the problem is not awareness.
It’s physical conditioning.

In-person intervention for fear of flying, claustrophobia and panic
I work specifically with situational and specific phobias, such as:
- Fear of flying
- Claustrophobia (elevators, tunnels, enclosed spaces)
- Situation-based panic attacks
I do not work with every case.
The evaluation call is used to determine whether this approach is appropriate.
Automatic fear lives in the body.
How this approach differs from traditional therapy
I don’t offer therapy.
I don’t do weekly sessions.
I don’t stretch processes over months or years.
I don’t focus on continuous analysis of the past or repeated discussion of fear.
I work directly with the automatic physical response, in the real-life context where the block appears.
The goal is not to “learn to live with fear”,
but to break the stimulus–reaction loop that maintains it.
How the intervention works (step by step)

1. Evaluation call
Clear, brief and without obligation.
Used to assess whether the case is treatable with this method.
2. Intensive in-person intervention
One or several days, depending on the case.
3. Work in the real context of the fear
Airport, elevator, driving, enclosed space, etc.
4. Anchoring and consolidation
So the change doesn’t rely on willpower.
5. Short follow-up
To confirm stability. It is not managed.
No weekly sessions.
No dependency.
No endless processes.

I do not provide general therapy. I provide specific intervention.
About the approach
Intensive. In-person. Closed intervention.
For years, I personally experienced intense fear episodes and panic attacks that did not respond to logic or rational understanding.I do not offer long-term accompaniment.
That direct experience, combined with my training in body-based work and mind-body regulation, led me to one essential insight:
fear is not negotiated through the mind — it is retrained through the body.
That principle underlies all of my work.
Training in body-based regulation and mind-body work.
International Yoga certification (500h, Yoga Alliance).
This is not about managing fear. It is about intervening where the reaction actually starts.
